These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji house platform and all its associated services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between baji house ("Platform", "we") and the user ("you", "member").

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special symbols.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi or shared devices.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on baji house can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement and expiry period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, baji house reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
• Transactions made with bonus funds may be calculated at a different game contribution rate than real money.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. baji house reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes.

• Bets placed after an event has started (except in live betting) will be considered void.
• Winnings from bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be withheld.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.

6.2 Game Results

Casino game and slot results are determined using independent RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The server-side results determined by game providers are considered final. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be returned to the account or the opportunity to restart the game will be provided.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, official results or announcements from the relevant sporting body are followed to determine outcomes. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the baji house platform and, if identified, may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening multiple accounts or claiming bonuses using more than one account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to gain an advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security.
• Using or attempting to hack another user's account credentials.
• Following a structured transaction pattern designed to abuse bonuses.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use it.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.

• By court order or direction of a law enforcement agency.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance at the time of closure (subject to all wagering requirements being met) will be returned through the designated method.

The baji house platform is provided on an "as is" basis. baji house bears no liability in the following cases:

• Service disruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues with third-party payment gateways or game providers.
• Faults in the user's own device or network.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence in protecting their account information.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
