Stay Secure
A strong password should have at least 10 characters — mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (#, @, !). Do not use your name, date of birth or phone number as a password. Use a separate, unique password for your baji house account and make a habit of changing it regularly.
If you think someone else is using your account, change your password immediately. Then contact baji house 24/7 live chat support and report the suspicious activity. The support team can temporarily suspend the account if needed and help you recover it after verifying your identity.
Fake or clone sites look almost identical but have a different URL. Before entering the site, check the correct domain in your browser's address bar. Do not enter your login details unless you have confirmed it is the official baji house page. Never enter your username or password on a page you reached through an unfamiliar link.

Generally a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence is accepted. A utility bill or bank statement can also be used for address verification. All documents must not be expired, and photos must show all four corners clearly.

How to Deposit
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at baji house is ৳500. Deposits below this amount are not accepted. The minimum amount for withdrawals is also the same — ৳500.

Log in to your baji house account, go to the payment section and select Nagad. Send the amount from your Nagad to the designated merchant number — the amount must be ৳500 or more. Once the transaction is complete, fill in the reference number correctly and your deposit will be confirmed quickly.
You can currently deposit at baji house via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, you can send from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank or other major banks. Withdrawals can also be made through the same methods.

At baji house, the markets most familiar to Bangladeshi players are Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Run Scorer (batter), First Wicket Taker (bowler), Runs per Over and Match Total Runs (Over/Under).
Yes. Betting markets are available at baji house for all major tournaments including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international series. During the BPL season, more matches mean more betting options.

To register you need an active mobile number, an email address and a strong password. Accounts at baji house are for those aged 21 and above. Each member may open only one account — multiple accounts are not allowed.
To update your personal details, log in to your baji house account and go to Profile Settings. Some details (such as your NID number or real name) cannot be changed after verification — in that case, contact support via live chat.
Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the baji house login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and a reset OTP will be sent to you. Use the OTP to set a new password — remember, do not share this OTP with anyone.
No. Under baji house rules, each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, both accounts may be suspended and any bonuses earned may be cancelled. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.
Yes, you can log in from a new device. However, the first time you log in from a new device, an OTP may be sent to confirm your identity. It is recommended to use your own device — if you log in on someone else's phone or a public computer, do not forget to log out when you are done.
